Although it’s cold, there’s great fishing this time of year in Venice, LA! One of the fresh catches you may come across while on a winter offshore chartered trip is Yellowfin Tuna. Often marketed as ahi (from the Hawaiian ‘ahi), Yellowfin Tuna is a delicious and light fish served best raw or with a quick sear. Perhaps that is because it’s so often served with a gourmet twist at fine restaurants, but it’s actually one of the easiest fish to prepare. Below, we’ve provided a few recipes that are both tasty and super easy to make. Enjoy!
